Atlas AKAMARU A Hawaiian taste that is perfect for summer. Our garlic shrimp is hugely popular every year, and this time we have added garlic beef to the menu! Wash down with our original tapioca juice.
BOMBAY BLUE Our Indian chefs cook authentic Indian foods using plenty of fresh Hokkaido ingredients. You can enjoy Ezo chicken curry and Donan vegetable curry, and accompany it with a just-made naan bread cooked by hand in a traditional tandoor naan oven.
Event Food J Company We are event-food professionals with experience from all over Japan. Although the queue may be long at our booth, it is worth the wait! This year, we bring you Thai-style dishes, including yakitori and deep fried chicken, and tom yum soup.
HARASHOKU We use authentic Brazilian cooking techniques to produce char-broiled meat in the churrasco style. We also have amazing “snow ice” shaved ice with fruit frozen as-it-is.
Otarubonki Our fresh seafood dishes bring you a new taste from Otaru. We rigorously source ecological and natural ingredients. Try our deep fried octopus and our manju and gyouza.
Romanov Handmade Russian dolls and other goods, plus Russian foods including Borscht and Beef Stroganoff. We have many years’ of experience serving customers at large events, such as the Sapporo Snow Festival.
Smile Kebab Our chefs represent three major world cuisines, and bring you authentic Turkish cuisine, with amazing Turkish ice cream, many varieties of kebabs, and long, long fried potatoes. We always strive to create delicious foods, and to bring smiles to our customers’ faces.
Yamato Our goal is to always use the best foods to give our customers a delicious experience. Try our popular fish and chips (yes, we have vinegar), and our gourmet Greek souvlaki skewers.
Bunda CULTURA Ethnic Clothing We mark our seventh consecutive year at WMDF by bringing you a collection of goods under the theme “Resort Ethnic”. Check out our Indian cotton clothing, goods from the island of Cebu and Australia, as well as hats, beach sandals and other accessories.
Cocktail Bar CONCORD21,Cocktail&Shot Bar ZABO,Bar KAT’Z A cocktail bar bringing you the authentic taste of the Cuban Mojito. We also have many other cocktails from around the world. Enjoy the taste of our authentic creations while relaxing in Motomachi Park.
Dynamite Cafe Plus & MOJAN We are a collaboration between a multi-purpose cafe bar and an interior goods store. We are bringing cool carvings and candles to MoguFes. Also, our popular small size fried pizza, pocket burgers and wine!
Hamachan’s Takoyaki Have you ever tried tako-yaki with flying fish-based sauce? This is your chance. We also have herb curry tako-yaki, cheese rings and empanada handmade by a Spaniard.
Jonny’s Chicken Wing We are the originators of the idea of fried chicken wings with bones removed. And we think our sauce based on “gagome” kelp soy sauce produced in Minamikayabe is the perfect accompaniment. Our chicken wings are really easy to eat, and they are especially popular with kids.
Kinoshita Sake-ten & Makie Flower New world to meet alert: enjoy wine and cheese from all over the world while wearing a crown made from flowers! There are also bouquets and dry flower arrangements to buy, plus an extra food bonus of black salt deep fried chicken that uses ink from Hakodate squid.
LUAU Hwaiian Cafe We came back for a second year to bring you more Hawaiian dishes. This year, we have Furi Furi chicken, spam onigiri, and Hawaiian pancakes! It’s perfect for marking the occasion of WMDF’s first performer from Hawaii.
Nehana Pazaar Bazaar This is a combination booth by Pazaar Bazaar and Nehana from Hakodate. Pazaar brings you doner kebabs and Turkish and Lebanon wine! Nehana brings you vegetables guaranteed chemical-free, and exotic teas and drinks such as soy milk chai.
Nunokawa Octopus legs – of course from Hokkaido – fried spicy and with garlic, accompanied by chips. Customers stack their own orders, so exercise your artistry too!
Owl Check out our Muroran yakitori. And our smoked turkey, which people queue for in Tokyo Disneyland! We also make our own miso, which you can try with our steamed buns. Our international and intergenerational staff are waiting to serve you.
RESTAURANT & BAR Ratna Chinese-style deep fried chicken is the signature food of our restaurant. We also bring you our owner’s special spring rolls, and red and white wine.
Simdy Sweel for NAIL Body art designed specifically for summer, and a menu of nail work, all carried out by a professional beautician at bargain festival prices. Especially popular with kids and with the ladies.
Western Kitchen Sato A focus on continental cuisine with a theme of “hand made food and a wonderful time”. We preserve traditional preparation techniques – for instance preparing all sauces from scratch – yet still have a modern style.
base CAFE&BAR We provide organic coffee with warming foods and drinks. Our number one menu item every year is “Maple butter bread”!
naturE We are active around Hakodate selling accessories and teaching townsfolk how to make them in workshops. During MoguFes you can try your hand at crafting earrings yourself!
Chara Burger Shop HOTBOX Charcoal-grilled patties of 100% beef made from a blend of Japanese wagyu from Hokuto-shi and Australian beef. Make the most of this chance by picking up a hamburger or a cheeseburger!
Butadon Porco + CAMP5 By day, we are a pork donburi restaurant, by night we are a Sports Bar. At MoguFes, we are venturing out with Vietnamese-style Chicken pho noodles, Napolitan-style yaki-soba, and various drinks and cocktails.
COCOLO We are part of the “Hakodate Hawaii Village” at MoguFes. We sell Hawaiian food and aloha goods wearing traditional muumuu dresses.Try our coconut French toast, Hawaiian pancake sandwich, and many drinks including mango and guava.
COLD RUSH We are a specialist shaved ice shop! We have two machines: one is for traditional shaved ice and the other shaves the ice so fine it becomes “fuwa fuwa”, or “fluffy”. Whatever style or flavouring you choose, we think you will find it perfect for summer!
Cinque Terre This is your chance to pick up some local accessories. We have handmade goods made using beads from Czechoslovakia, and also many other earrings, bracelets and hair accessories to get you into the festival spirit! (Only on August 7 and August 9).
Couleur This therapy is a mystery, but it is also fun. We will tell you the meanings of colours and also some keywords to help you realise your true wishes.
Hakodate Mono-Craft Market Make yourself an item unique in the world as a souvenir of your visit to this year’s WMDF! Skilled craftsmen will help you. This is a collaboration of 16 shops, so different possibilities each day. Prices start from 500Yen: all ages OK.
Kamell×Coco-Lili A booth based around the image of a Hawaiian beach house. We have plenty of cute clothes, interior objects with unique designs, candles and other accessories.
Kitchen nosukeya Please enjoy Kitchen nosukeya’s special hot and crisp panini. This year’s new MoguFes menu item is the shop’s number one seller: raisin butter made with cream cheese! Grab some wine here too for a great combination.
Kushi Bouzu Try a taste of the Netherlands with our “raspatat” potatoes. We think you will love the chewy texture. We also have “jajamen” noodles, mochi mochi rice wrapped with meat on a stick, shaved ice, and even chocolate bananas!
Mintaru and the World Health of the Seven Gods of Fortune We stock fair trade goods from Asia, Africa and South America. And, we offer Taiwanese and Chinese massage. Make some connections with other worlds!
Na pua Hawaii We are a company that produces weddings in Hawaii. At WMDF, we are selling pancake mix, kona coffee, and many other goods imported directly from Hawaii.
ORANGUTAN We walked and walked around the island of Bali, and around Thailand and Nepal to search out interesting goods and musical instruments that can bring happiness to our customers.
Restaurant nana-papa Our pasta and western foods restaurant produces a Hawaiian-themed booth for MoguFes in our nana-papa style. Check out our marinated garlic shrimps, tropical pork sandwiches, and slabs of cut bacon with black pepper. Enjoy!
Taj Mahal Group We bring you a snack menu from India and Indonesia! Treats that are easy to eat single-handedly, plus our original Indian-style yakisoba and pizzas, and nasi goreng from Indonesia. Spicy and delicious.
Turkish Kebab We sell kebabs that use lots of Hokkaido ingredients. We also have tacos and fruit sangria and smoothies!
Vietnamese sandals and bags Xich-lo We have a huge collection of pop and cute Vietnamese goods! We were the first to ever sell Vietnamese wooden sandals in Hokkaido last year, and they are now back with new designs and an even wider range of choice.
fleaky We are happy to be the first MoguFes booth from Tokyo! We love to travel, and to collect cool stuff for our customers, including hats, tie die Batik and dresses, and hair accessories.
select coffee shop peacepiece Hot coffee, iced coffee, and iced cafe au lait. We source beans from locations such as Brazil, Guatemala, and Ethiopia, changing from day to day. How about some Belgian waffles as the ideal accompaniment?
shabby F We specialise in recycling old cloth such as feedsack fabrics (1900s American household storage bags) and vintage German fabrics. We remake these into things like accessories, key holders and pouches. Why not pick up a one-of-a-kind item?

Deneb Blanc Vert Marche We are a French restaurant based in Nanaecho, from where we try to use as many ingredients as possible in our original food creations. This year we bring our special bacon sandwich for the first time, and also recommend our desserts such as blueberry tart.
Cocktail & Food BAR SURF For food, try our raclette cheese melted over locally-produced fresh vegetables. For drink, try our amazing “Cajyutta”: we juice oranges or grapefruits still in their skins, so there is no need for a cup! We just add a straw (and alcohol if you prefer a cocktail).
Iyashi no Sekai Ryoukou We collect goods and experiences from around the world and bring them to you. Everything is 500 yen! We have a huge range, including Cambodian scarves, aroma hand treatment, olives, cheese, and Okushiri wine.
Korean Kitchen Agashi no Mise We are celebrating the third anniversary of our restaurant this year. For MoguFes, we have the new menu of pork cutlet gimbap (Korean nori-maki)! We also have our popular cheese topokki and makkori cocktails.
Le Reve We are a one-of-a-kind hat shop. As well as a range of hats with many different designs, we have bags made from hats and pouches made in the shape of hats.
N Harvest We specialise in organic, fair trade products, especially tea, rich spices, and dry fruits. We operate all over Japan, and have a close relationship with Hunza (northwestern part of the Islamic Republic of Pakistan).
Rihaku We have taken our restaurant’s two most popular orders – chillied shrimps and shrimps with mayonnaise – and combined them into an easy-to-eat hot sandwich. We also have shaved ice and many varieties of aged Chinese alcohol, poured from the jar.

Rydeen produced by Ristorante Bar Gala This is the MoguFes debut of the yattai stall “Rydeen”, brought to you by the Gala Group, based in Hakodate’s Honcho. We have Thai-style yakisoba, Malaysian-style grilled skewers, and the excellent accompaniment of our homemade sangria.
SOUNTRA COFFEE AND MUSIC A coffee parfait made from speciality Costa Rican coffee beans soaked in milk for a full day. We think you will love this summer-ready treat for its rich and mellow aroma and pure and deep flavour.
Yumeyokocho We are a small ethnic goods store from Sapporo. Check out our goods from countries like India, Nepal, and Thailand. Especially, don’t miss our Himalayan mountain rock salt: just one in your bathtub will create your own hot spring feeling.
Flare Bu-Bu Cafe Chamus Look for the orange wagon-type car. We sell an espresso that has a punch and also our popular latte. And we have expanded the number of flavours of our Italian sodas, since they were such big sellers at last year’s MoguFes. Accompany your drink with our muffins or cookies, or both!
Lemon Tree Lemons! See your fruit juiced in front of you to make a fresh vintage-style lemonade or fresh lemon juice. For those who like an extra edge, we will add a shot of spirits to make a cocktail. Great for all the people moving their bodies at the Waku Waku Festival, as well as everyone wanting refreshment after a little dancing.
