MoguFes 2017

Aug 5 – Aug 11, 2017

The “Mogu Mogu” Festival, Hakodate, Hokkaido, Japan

Dozens of Booths, All the Senses

Each year, in the spectacular surroundings of a park specially created for outdoor events in the vision of designer Kenichi Kimura, we bring you a treat for the soul. Food, drinks, massages, therapies, cool souvenirs and more. We hope that the new worlds you meet in Hakodate will stay with you forever.

We are hard at work to program another amazing selection of booths in 2017. Dates are the same as last year, so book your calendar now. Full details of  the lineup will be posted here in July: please check back.

Thanks much for your interest!

About MoguFes

“More Goods, More Gourmet” Every Year

Co-located with the World Music and Dance Festival (WMDF), the “Mogu Mogu” Festival  offers a gamut of premier food, uplifting experiences and amazing gear. The words “Mogu Mogu” are a Japanese onomatopoeia for the sound of eating, but we also think of them as an abbreviation of “More Goods, More Gourmet” from around the world.

Ticketing

A pass is required for Motomachi Park. You can buy a One Day Pass at the gate or sign up for our amazing value Whole Week Pass. Every pass gives you access to the “Worlds Meet” performances of the artists of the World Music and Dance Festival (WMDF). Please see the Tickets page of the WMDF site for full details.

Motomachi Park

Motomachi Park gives our event a “natural” flavour, and offers superb backdrop views of ocean bays and historic facades.

12 Motomachi, Hakodate-shi, Hokkaido.

The site is a 5-minute walk from “Suehiro-cho” tram stop.

Run A Booth

For vendors, we are always interested in bringing new worlds of experience to our audience. We have an online application form. Please see this page of MoguFes Conditions.
